Description:
1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of experience in a senior business analyst role.
2. Minimum of five years of work experience in a senior business analyst role demonstrating proven expertise translating business requirements into technical requirements for IT-based projects.
3. Holds an official Agile-related Scrum Master Certification, PMI-PBA certification, or equivalent certification
4. At least four years of experience gathering business requirements and creating user stories using Agile software development cycles
5. Senior-level work experience with all the skills below for IT-based projects.
Using Team Foundation Server / Azure DevOps.
Working with Balsamiq (or other screen mockup tools).
Utilizing Microsoft Office 365.
Writing user stories and performing quality assurance testing on stories.
Monitoring and prioritizing work in an Agile environment.
Leading onsite and remote Agile Scrum ceremonies and meetings.
Designing prototypes and mockup designs.
Logging deliverables and tracking timelines.
6. Minimum of five years of work experience in a senior business analyst role demonstrating proven expertise translating business requirements into technical requirements for a large-scale Special Education Programs, including Special Education Approval and Reimbursement systems, Special Education Private facility Management systems,
